Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed at namristudio.com. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
namristudio.com is run by Namri Studio, based in Switzerland. Email: infonamristudio@gmail.com.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and buying for personal use. We deliver to UK addresses only.
3. Our products
We show each bag as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen, which is one reason you have 30 days to return it. Product photos may include styling items that aren't for sale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free UK delivery and any applicable VAT. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna through Shopify's secure checkout. Klarna payments are also subject to Klarna's own terms. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Offers
Build your set applies automatically: two Edition 01 bags, 10% off both; three, 15% off all; four or more, 20% off every bag. Discount codes are one per order and don't combine with set savings; checkout applies whichever saves you more. Each offer applies only while it's shown on our website, and we honour every order placed while it was live.
6. Your order
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't supply your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Your bag is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.
8. Returns, cancellation and faulty items
You have 30 days from delivery to return your bag, which includes your 14-day legal right to cancel. Faulty items are also covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Details are in our Return and refund policy.
9. Guarantee
If stitching comes undone or hardware breaks within 12 months of delivery through normal use, we'll replace your bag, or refund you if that style is no longer available. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
10. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
11. Website content
All text, images and designs on namristudio.com belong to Namri Studio or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
12. Your personal information
We use your information as set out in our Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If something goes wrong, please email us first and we'll do our best to put it right.
