Our story

In the Namri Studio, London

From our studio

Good clothes shouldn't cost £400.

Namri Studio started with a simple frustration. Good clothes, the kind that are well cut, in decent fabric and still look right after a season, had become something you pay £300 or £400 for. A lot of that money goes on a famous label, not on the garment.

We thought there should be another way. So we opened a small studio of our own and chose the collection piece by piece: coats, knitwear, dresses and shoes we would wear ourselves, at the fairest price we can manage.

A small team, learning as we go

We're a team of four. Some of us are still studying, and Namri Studio is our first real step into fashion. We'd rather be honest about that than pretend to be a big fashion house.

Being new means we will get things wrong sometimes: a size that runs small, a colour that looks different on screen. When that happens, tell us. We read every message, we fix what we can, and every mistake makes the studio better.

If you like what we're doing, the best support is to try a piece and tell us honestly what you think. Thank you for being here at the start.
